Thank you. I just need time to test your useful recommendations. I am familiar not very well with both. Avid is rater hard in some effects, while they can easily be done with after effects. Next- I need several days to test.

Cool blog. Glad I just found it.<BR/><BR/>Wish SOMEONE would write the definitive article on Avid>AfterEffects workflow. I have never heard a final conclusion on best ways in and out of Avid/AfterEffects to preserve highest quality and least compression (short of using Automatic Duck).
